About USTheá Advisory is a multi-family office, we act as our client’s personal Chief Financial Officer and finance team.
We work with a diverse range of ultra-high-net-worth women and their families across Australia.
Our clients include self-made entrepreneurs approaching a significant liquidity event, next-generation heirs inheriting substantial wealth, and women who have taken primary responsibility for managing their family’s finances—particularly after major life transitions such as divorce or widowhood.

Our Founder
Our founder and leader, Bree Fraser, is deeply passionate about elevating women to make a difference with their lives.
Having personally experienced several major life events, Bree not only understands the importance of financial wellbeing through these challenging times but also how transformational it is when we align our lives with our personal purpose and values. This inspired the creation of Theá Advisory.
Being an avid supporter of women empowerment and equality, Bree is a proud Non-Executive Director of Coaxial Foundation; Member of Chief Executive Women; and Fundraising Committee Member for Ruah Community Services.
ExperienceBree has over 20 years of financial experience, most recently as the Chief Financial Officer for one of Australia’s largest family offices and philanthropic organisations. Prior to that, Bree held senior finance roles for large multinational corporations, having worked abroad in Dubai and Singapore for top listed UK companies.
QualificationsBree holds qualifications with the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia, the Australian Institute of Company Directors and a Bachelor of Commerce from University of Western Australia. In 2024, Bree completed the Illuminate Program with Corporate Evolution enabling her to support clients with living in alignment with their values and purpose.
