Our founder and leader, Bree Fraser, is deeply passionate about supporting families to live with intention and make a meaningful difference with their lives.

Bree’s professional journey has been shaped by powerful personal experiences, including early exposure to entrenched family dynamics, the loss of her father at a young age, and navigating her own divorce and financial separation. These experiences gave her a deep appreciation for the importance of financial capability, confidence and trusted support through periods of change. This lived experience, combined with Bree’s professional expertise, inspired the creation of Theá Advisory.

Being an avid supporter of women empowerment and equality, Bree is a proud Non-Executive Director of Coaxial Foundation; Advisory Board Member for The Dea Network; Fundraising Committee Member for Ruah Community Services; and Member of Chief Executive Women.

EXPERIENCE

Bree has over 20 years of financial experience, most recently as the Chief Financial Officer for one of Australia’s largest family offices and philanthropic organisations. Prior to that, Bree held senior finance roles for large multinational cooperations, having worked abroad in Dubai and Singapore for top listed UK companies.

QUALIFICATIONS

Bree holds qualifications with the institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia, the Australian Institute of Company Directors and a Bachelor of Commerce from University of Western Australia. In 2024, Bree completed the Illuminate Program with Corporate Evolution, complementing her technical expertise with a structured framework for helping clients clarify values, purpose and direction alongside financial strategy.
