Our founder and leader, Bree Fraser, is deeply passionate about elevating women to make a difference with their lives.

Having personally experienced several major life events; Bree not only understands the importance of financial wellbeing through these challenging times but also how transformational it is when we align our lives with our personal purpose and values. This inspired the creation of Theá Advisory.

Being an avid supporter of women empowerment and equality, Bree is a proud Non-Executive Director of Coaxial Foundation; Advisory Board Member for The Dea Network; Fundraising Committee Member for Ruah Community Services; and Member of Chief Executive Women.

EXPERIENCE

Bree has over 20 years of financial experience, most recently as the Chief Financial Officer for one of Australia’s largest family offices and philanthropic organisations. Prior to that, Bree held senior finance roles for large multinational cooperations, having worked abroad in Dubai and Singapore for top listed UK companies.

QUALIFICATIONS

Bree holds qualifications with the institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia, the Australian Institute of Company Directors and a Bachelor of Commerce from University of Western Australia. In 2024, Bree completed the Illuminate Program with Corporate Evolution enabling her to support clients with living in alignment with their values and purpose.
